DCL-PRO Services is a family friendly Domiciliary Care Agency, where our clients receive a high quality and personalized services of care just the way they want to have it delivered.

DCL-PRO Services was set up as a company in 2018 and was later registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency in 2019. We currently operate with the London borough of Ealing, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, Royal Borough of Kensington, Camden, Waltham Forest and Chelsea and Richmond. As we continue to grow and develop we plan to expand our services within other boroughs.

At DCL-PRO Services, we understand that emotional and moral support for our clients and their family can be just as important, so it is ingrained in the support we provide to continue to liaise with concerned family and friends and urge our staff to build those relationship as we understand how nerve racking it is having a stranger in your home.

People who are looking for home care can purchase private services from us or can be referred from social services. DCL-PRO Services supports the practice of Personalisation and Personalised Budgets. We aim to deliver Person Centered care and do so in accordance with our legal obligations laid down by the Care Quality Commission.
